  • Currently, we are only offering shipping to customers within the USA. We are hoping that we can find more affordable international shipping options in the future!

  • Yes! All products offered are made by us, with limited outsourcing used (manufacturing is used in the sticker-making and charm-making process).

  • We do! All custom orders will be filled in the order they are received, which may be longer depending on how many slots are currently taken. If you are needing something in a certain timeframe, please feel free to contact us to inquire about our current workload!

  • Due to the trade secrets rights of scent-based businesses, we will not be posting our full recipes! We have had a few instances of intellectual theft within our industry and due to this, we are acting a little more strictly.

    If you have a specific allergy or otherwise disliked scent you would like to avoid, please feel free to write us and we can let you know which scents to avoid! ♡

  • We do not offer refunds or returns once the product has shipped. This is due to the products we send out being easy to damage in the return process, which unfortunately puts us out of product and shipping cost.
